Preto je Bodliak umeleckou dielňou. Bodliak vníma tetovanie aj ako akúsi formu osobnostného posunu ďalej a taktiež ako psychickej pomoci človeku. Pripomínaním si, pohľadom na vytetovaný symbol, ktorý osobnosti pomáha a pripomína krásne chvíle, či spomienky.

V Bodliaku počas jeho fungovania od roku 2002 vyrástlo mnoho skvelých tetovačov a umelcov. Momentálne v tetovacom tíme Bodliaku je:
